Hey there, I’m Russ, your local roofer.

I really enjoy helping people get the new roof they need. I’m particular about the details and have a lot of pride in my work. When we are finished with a job, you’ll have the peace of mind knowing it was done right and will last a lifetime.

Building Roofs,
Building Relationships

“I'm passionate about people and relationships. I want to help take the stress off of your shoulders and get your roof fixed right the first time.”

—Russ Upperman

Exploring Our Roots

I was born and raised in Ross County. I grew up on Hesswood Hills in Chillicothe until the age of 12, when my parents bought an old farm house just outside of Bainbridge.

I am a proud 1995 graduate of Paint Valley High School. My father, Dr David Upperman DDS has been a dentist in Chillicothe since 1974, recently retired. He invested in our community, through local sponsorships, purchasing 4-H animals and most importantly caring for his patients. I am following in his footsteps and doing the same. I love sponsoring and supporting the youth of our community.

Although I was in Kentucky for several years, my wife, Rebecca and I were excited to move our family to Ross County. The people here are just incredible. I absolutely love serving the people of Ross County and Southern Ohio.

In my spare time you will find me with my wife and two sons on an adventure, pursuing waterfowl or just working and playing on our farm.

James 2:23, And the scripture was fulfilled that says, "Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness," and he was called God's friend. And yes, pursuing my relationship with the Father to be called his friend.

The Soul Behind The Shingles

Outdoors

I love exploring the great outdoors—it's where I feel most alive and where I find fulfillment in personal growth.

Mountain Biking

I enjoy taking my kids mountain biking. Teaching them the importance of our natural resources and care for the environment so we can all enjoy it for generations to come.

Family

For me, family isn't just a bond; it's a way of life. It's about embracing the ebb and flow of everyday moments and finding solace in the beauty of togetherness.

Hunting

To me, hunting is about connection to God and nature, tradition, and self-sufficiency.
